About

Who We Are

WellNova Care is a team of experienced professionals committed to providing respectful, person-centred disability support.

Our team includes a psychiatric nurse with extensive case management experience and more than eight years working within the NDIS sector. This experience provides WellNova Care with a strong understanding of complex support needs, service coordination and the practical challenges participants and families can face when navigating the NDIS.

Many of our support staff also bring established backgrounds in disability and community support. As a team, we have spent years working directly with participants, families, support coordinators and other professionals across the sector.

How We Work

Our industry experience means we understand that navigating the NDIS can sometimes feel complicated or overwhelming. We use our knowledge to help participants better understand their options, access appropriate supports and make informed decisions about their services.

We begin by listening to each participant’s goals, preferences, strengths, culture and individual circumstances. We then work collaboratively with the participant and their chosen support network to provide practical, flexible support that fits naturally into everyday life.

We believe quality support is built on trust, consistency and open communication. Participants remain at the centre of every decision, and we adapt our approach as their needs, circumstances and goals change.

At WellNova Care, we combine professional experience with genuine compassion. Our aim is to provide dependable support that respects each person’s dignity, strengthens their independence and helps them work towards a life that is meaningful to them.
